Refund & Return Policy -
Refunds cannot be made for products that have been used. If the product has been used and damaged due to no fault of the user an assessment will be made and based on this, a decision will be made as to whether the product needs to be replaced or repaired. This is only valid for 30 days from purchase. Exchanges can be made for all products that are unused and undamaged. The postage would still need to be paid by the customer.
