- Refund & Return Policy -
- Refunds cannot be made for products that have been used.
- If the product has been used and damaged due to no fault of the user an assessment will be made and based on this, a decision will be made as to whether the product needs to be replaced or repaired.
- This is only valid for 30 days from purchase.
- Exchanges can be made for all products that are unused and undamaged.
- The postage would still need to be paid by the customer for the return of any products to century bats.
- A refund for the price of the product only will be made for all products that are unused and undamaged. Please note the cost of postage will not be refunded.
When returning the goods please include the following:
- The order number
- The original packaging
- Your delivery address, contact number/email address
- a brief note outlining why the item(s) are being returned.
